Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is located in the heart of San Jose, offering a great starting point for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy, although some minor issues like ventilation and noise can be bothersome. The service is friendly, but a few oversights in housekeeping and breakfast choices can be improved.
The hotel staff were always eager to help and explain how to get around, especially Leslie, the waiter, and Carolina at the front desk. They made our transfers and taxi bookings seamless, even when we returned from Manuel Antonio. The location, although a bit shady at night, was a bonus for its proximity to the museums and central market area, making it easy to explore San Jose's attractions.
